WishList Member + BuddyBoss Platform Integration

The BuddyBoss Platform integration for WishList Member lets you create an online communities membership site. 

The integration lets you:

• Automatically add and remove members to groups and profile types when they sign up for membership levels. 
• Automatically assign and remove members to groups and profile types when they cancel membership level subscriptions. 
• Automatically, assign and remove members to groups and profile types when they are removed from membership levels.
• Automatically, assign and remove members to groups and profile types when they  re-register to membership levels.

The integration also lets you restrict access to forums.

The integration works and requires the BuddyBoss Platform installed and activated on your website.

BuddyBoss Platform is a fork and forge of the BuddyPress plugin and bbPress plugin. Any plugin developed for the BuddyPress and bbPress plugin is supported by the BuddyBoss Platform.

You do NOT need to install the BuddyPress plugin or the bbPress plugin separately. BuddyBoss Platform acts as a replacement for both the plugins.

Activating the integration

To activate the WishList Member + BuddyBoss Platform Integration:

1. Go to WordPress Dashboard > WishList Member > Setup > Integrations.
2. Click the Other Services tab, click the BuddyBoss Platform integration and then click the toggle bar to activate it.
3. Click the Edit button to configure the Membership Level Actions as preferred.
   You can choose to automatically add/remove users to groups and profile types when they sign up/cancel/remove/re-register for membership levels.
4. Click the Save & Close button.

The integration works and requires the BuddyBoss Platform installed and activated on your website.

Group Actions for BuddyBoss Platform 

You can choose to add/cancel/remove a user from a membership level when they are added or removed from groups. For group actions:

1. Go to WordPress Dashboard > WishList Member > Setup > Integrations.
2. Click the Other Services tab, click the BuddyBoss Platform integration and then click the toggle bar to activate it.
3. Click the Edit button to configure the Group Actions for each BuddyBoss Platform group as preferred.
   You can choose to automatically add/cancel/remove membership levels for users when they are added and removed from a group.
4. Click the Save & Close button.

Profile Type Actions for BuddyBoss Platform 

You can choose to add/cancel/remove a user from a membership level when they are added or removed from profile types. For profile type actions:

1. Go to WordPress Dashboard > WishList Member > Setup > Integrations.
2. Click the Other Services tab, click the BuddyBoss Platform integration and then click the toggle bar to activate it.
3. Click the Edit button to configure the Profile Type Actions for each BuddyBoss Platform profile type as preferred.
   You can choose to automatically add/cancel/remove membership levels for users when they are added and removed from a profile type.
4. Click the Save & Close button.
