Configure Pinned Post for Web
Group Pin Post
Navigate to BuddyBoss – Settings – Activity. In the Activity Settings, find out the Pinned Post. If you tick the box you will allow group owners and moderators to pin posts.
Of any group post click on the ellipses, a small drop-down will appear. Hit the Pin to Group option.
You will then see a popup like this.
Now there will be a pin icon and if you click on the ellipses again you will see the Unpin from Group option.
This way your Group owners and moderators can pin and unpin any group posts. If you are an admin the Pinned Post feature will be enabled by default for you.
Activity Feed Pin Post
From any news feed post click on the ellipses, a small drop-down will appear. Hit the Pin to Feed option.
You will then see a popup like this.
Now there will be a pin icon and if you click on the ellipses again you will see the Unpin from Feed option.
This way the group owners and moderators can pin and unpin any group and news feed posts. If you are an admin the Pinned Post feature will be enabled by default for you.
