Assigning profile types in BuddyBoss allows you to categorize users into specific groups, such as Teachers, Students, or Coaches, enabling a more personalized user experience.

Assign Profile Types to Users on the Backend

Access User Settings

1. Log in to your WordPress Dashboard.
2. Navigate to Users from the left sidebar.
3. Select the user you want to edit (e.g., Adele or Alyssa).

Edit User’s Extended Profile

1. Click on Extended Profile.
2. Locate the Profile Type field.
3. Choose the appropriate Profile Type:
   • Adele → Coach
   • Alyssa → Student
4. Click Update Profile.

Assign Profile Types to Users on the Frontend

View and Edit User Profile

1. Navigate to the user’s profile.
2. Click View As to see their profile.
