How to Resolve It

To address this issue, revise your promoted IAP metadata as follows:

  • Distinct Product Images: Create a unique image for each IAP that visually highlights its specific feature or content.
  • Unique Descriptions: Write individual descriptions that clearly explain what users receive with each purchase.
  • Custom Promotional Image: Replace the generic icon-based image with a bespoke banner or screenshot that accurately represents the promoted IAP.
  • Differentiate All Metadata Fields: Ensure titles, descriptions, and images for each IAP product are clearly distinguishable.
