Sellers and Shops not showing

Hello. I have the Marketplace installed and I have gone through the YouTube videos and set up the site with all the required plugins. The one issue I am having is that when I visit the Sellers and Shops pages it says “BROWSING ALL SHOPS (0 of 0) Sorry, no stores were found.”

Can you please let me know what information you need from me to help resolve this. Thanks!

Dropping a note in here so that people can search for it in future. Varun was a great help with this.

After the demo install you need to go into each of the users created and populate the vendor details

AND then login as each vendor to enable them to be listed (is that right Varun)? Likely this is a commonly searched question so good to know

Thanks for your help so far. I have multiple vendors signed up, registered as vendors and approved, they have their shops set up and have added products. They are still not showing on the shops or sellers pages. Can you think of another reason this could be? I reset the permalinks but that wasn’t helpful.

I have a big issue with my social marketplace site from buddy boss

When I click on the tabs sellers and stores nothing happens! I have set sellers and stores page in the marketplace just like the youtube channel advises. I have also set the url via visual composer from the front end.

I have gone into pages and there is nothing there that actually exists. It doesn’t even show the page as zero sellers it advises there is no content and to create content to the page! Please help I have emailed u twice now and no response. I have also messaged twice on youtube which you have ignored my message and answered a message that wasn’t even a question!

I have a problem with the store’s banners, I am able to upload it but they do not show up. I have been in touch wc vendors and they are telling me that is a Buddyboss problem. I opened a ticket 2 days ago and no answer.
What is happening with the support that you offer when selling the product. I am very mad and disappointed with Buddyboss customer service.
Any help?
