Buddy Boss Wall & Media not working correctly

I have tried resetting the permalinks as well as deactivate plugins one by one except wall and the problem still exists.

The support agent from my web host said there was a conflict with the plugines. “Both of them are over utilizing nginx rewrites, one will need to be reconfigured. Unfortunately we cannot reconfigure the server nor the plugin. I would strongly advise reaching out to the plugin developer to see if they can get you a solution or patch”

Please can you help me or at least let me know if anything can be done. If not then I need a full refund on my purchase.

Please send your login details from our contact page, including ftp or sftp details.
Need to check rewrite rules at your site,
Both are plugins are working fine and nothing is reported related to rewrite rules so far.

I have checked your site and it’s working fine for Wall and Media plugins

the 404 error you have mentioned it was due to disable component By Wall Plugin.

We have disabled these 5

activity-mentions
activity-personal
activity-favorites
activity-friends
activity-groups

and merged them as 2 component
Wall
Newsfeed

You do not have a direct link in BP menu after activating Wall plugin for http://cuddlybuddie.com/members/forrby/activity/friends/
and if you manually enter it , you will get 404 error.

I have fixed the problem with this last issue.

On the issue with the 404 error. How do I remove the links for those items. I don’t understand why those links are still there if the url is not valid anymore.
