Hi @jeanpierre,
Inside onesocial, conditional check are added on the basis buddyboss_sap()->option
which is just a initial condition User Blog setting are done or not.
If we just need to hide write a story icon, i have already suggested codes for it.

This it will need to alter User Blog plugin including template file for create new blog.

We also have BP menus to create new blog post and Create New Blog page which also need to be removed/protected for specific user role or ids.

With a Standard approach, We need options inside userblog to hook permission with member type or user-role with include/Exclude option for specific username or ids and it will take time to be integrated inside the plugin.
