How to Use the “View As” Feature in BuddyBoss Platform

Using the “View As” Feature

Access the Member’s Profile

1. Go to the WordPress Dashboard.
2. Navigate to the Member Directory and select the profile of the user you want to view.

Use the “View As” Option

1. Click on the three dots (options menu) on the user’s profile page.

2. Select the View As option from the dropdown menu.

You can also find the View As option by navigating to the user’s Profile page, clicking on the three dots, and selecting View As from the menu.

Switch Back to Admin Account

1. Go to the top menu or under the user’s profile options.
2. Click on Switch Back to Admin.

Q: Why don’t I see the “View As” option?
A: Ensure you are logged in as an admin and have the necessary permissions. 

Q: Will the user know that I used the “View As” feature?
A: No, users will not be notified when you view their profile using the View As feature. This action is invisible to the user.
