I CAN'T RISK USING YOUR PRODUCTS ANY LONGER

It has taken FAR too long – going on a month now – to get the most basic answers about a very expensive plugin. After three weeks of following the forum and actually asking the “correct” questions I now know what is required for a stable build of the Social Learner theme with Sensei — it includes the Boss-Sensei plugin version 1.0.4 and Sensei 1.8.8.

The fact that it took a customer that long to get there is appalling for a vendor. In my opinion, however, I think that you really DID know this information, but never told me. You knew what would give me a stable site 3 weeks ago.

And to simply cross the t and sigh…

It’s Sunday afternoon and I’m waiting for someone to wakeup at Buddboss to give me access to version 1.0.4 for the fix which you stopped making accessible to me, when you updated the code to 1.0.5. So, in my opinion, you both knew what a stable build was, and stopped giving me access to the solution at the same time.

How do I make an excuse for a vendor like that? Absolutely not worth it. So, I pay you money, your product breaks, you can’t fix it, and you won’t won’t tell me what already works?
