Frankly I was a bit apprehensive. It seems in fact a major refactoring and re-architecting you guys have undertaken.

Instructions were clear. Thanks Michael! … So I backed up everything. Crossing my fingers. I installed the new theme and plugins on my localhost and… everything works seamlessly (so far.) And granted I have not styled anything just yet in my child theme.

Anyway, I’m looking forward to many new Buddyboss ideas and things to come. My company is fully committed to Buddypress, and this theme truly is the only one out there that explores BP complex social-networking capabilities through a friendly UI. And of course, kudos to the mobile adaptability of the theme.

Sorry, works for me very buggy…. 🙁
not able to write on anyones wall, who “like” isn’t shown. I downgrade to 3.2.2
..and everything is well.
I’ll try it, if bugs are gone…perhaps.

@nolls Sorry to hear. Did you install the dedicated Wall plugin along with the theme? If so, did you see the Activity tab switch to say Wall, to confirm it was working? You can go into Settings > BuddyBoss Wall after installation to make sure that the Wall is enabled. PS You also have an option there now to open the wall to anyone, not just friends.

Took a chance and just uploaded the folder live – and it worked great 🙂 Had some issues getting the plugins to work though, til I figured you have to have them network activated too, if you have BuddyPress activated that way.

Hi Michael,
yes I installed the wall plugin and activate it. The wording switched to wall.
I opened the wall for anyone, but the field for insert text is gone, no one can write on anyone’s wall.

@nolls do you have a child theme, since there were many files update you may need to update the files in the child theme as well. This could be a cause of the issue.

I installed the new child-theme und copy my settings in the custom.css.
I think it’s a conflict with a plugin, don’t know which….
cause in 3.2.2 there’s no conflict.
Will test it on my testmachine.

The conflict was the plugin BP Facebook Style Friend Lists.
It’s a great pity that in every update I lose a good plugin 🙁
Can you tell me how I can move comments , likes to the left side?
