Web Tour Builder Plugin Conflict with Boss

I’m attempting to setup a tour (introduction) to my site for new members using the Web Site Tour Builder for WordPress plugin (http://codecanyon.net/item/web-site-tour-builder-for-wordpress/9495494?WT.oss_phrase=&WT.oss_rank=3&WT.z_author=jforceteam&WT.ac=search_list), but I get errors immediately after activating the plugin.

Here are the errors:

I contacted plugin support and they instructed me that this was a conflict with the theme and to contact theme support. Any ideas? I understand you may need to take a closer look with some login info perhaps. If you have a better recommendation on how to accomplish an introductory tour for new members I’m all ears. It would need to be a WordPress based solution though, because my coding web dev coding is minimal. Is this perhaps in the works for a future Boss release or Buddyboss plugin?
