users not receiving activation link in mail

hii, is anybody facing this problem, when users signup they dont recieve the activation mail, is this the issue with buddypress or the theme, or some plugin, currently i am using buddyboss theme, plz help

You might want to get your users to check their junk mail folders, many of the registration emails for many sites end up there.
