User Registration Issue

I continue to have users reporting that when they try to sign up, they click the sign up button and it just takes them to the same registration page, and no registration happens. I myself cannot duplicate the issue anymore. When I sign up making a test account, it goes through no problem.

Almost every day I see new users signed up successfully, but also, nearly every day I get emails from guests who try to sign up but can’t.

Any ideas why registration works for some, and not for others?

Same issue for me!
Sometimes the trick is to validate twice (before + after redirection to the same page) but it is not an appropriate solution…

The problem is, you may have no problem registering. The issue is, some people can’t register (they fill out the form, press the submit button, and it takes them right back to the same page, and no registration happens).

Some people have no problem registering.

I get notifications for successful registrations each day, and almost every day, I get a contact email from a guest who is reporting they can’t register.

So you you happen to be one who successfully registers, then you’ll just say you can’t replicate the problem. Yet the problem will still exist for some. That is the issue.

As you can see in this thread, many have the same issue with registration. Some can register, some can’t. Many Boss theme users are reporting this issue which has still gone unresolved for many months.

Can the developers please address this issue soon?

Hi @jomik12, We have assigned it to development and testing team tried to replicate many times..this is not a theme specific issue but server related.

You can also try it with wordpress default theme.

I have to totally disagree. I have had my blog for years before buying and installing Boss Theme. Never did I ever have this issue with my site until I installed Boss Theme. It is a theme issue.
