Tagging not working

Hi,

We’ve been having some problems with phototagging in BuddyBoss Media. Despite the fact that all settings are correct (we’ve searched the whole support senter as well), it’s still impossible to tag friends in pictures (see image).

The list with friends pops up but there is no way we can tag them. It’s not a plugin conflict – the same problem occurs on your demo site.

Please, let me know what the fix is 😉

Hi @sjentertainment, We have updated media plugin today and also worked on tagging enhancement Please let me know if it fixes your issue.

Thanx for your reply, I installed the update of the plugin this afternoon but still no luck. I still get the same result as in your demo: not be able to select a name in the list that pops up when I click on the tag icon.

Any ideas?

@vapvarun BTW I’m running the plugin on a multi site install, does that make any difference?

@vapvarun Okay, I think I’ve found the problem. After uploading an image to your demo site I managed to tag some persons by clicking on the white space directly before their name. I have the same result if i do so on the website I’m developing at this moment.

However, how will our customer and users know where they will have to click to add someone? There is no tick box or any other visual icon to show them where they will have to click to add someone. I couldn’t find any setting within the plugin to make an icon visible.

Is this a bug? Or am i missing something?

It’s theme specific issue
You can add following css to fix it for now

#buddypress #invite-list input[type=checkbox]{
        opacity: 1;
}

It will be fixed inside next update.
