    I’ve had multiple members of my site contact me saying that they are unable to see any posts, photos or activity on our main page “Stories” which asks as the hub for all photo posts on our community with the Media and Wall plugins.

    This is a huge issue as at least a few new members have signed up and not been able to see what our community is about or get involved in any way.

    What could be causing this issue???

    Hi @bryceevans, I have checked your site..which seems fine to me all images are working ok in your website. could you please attach a screenshot so it would be easy for us to trigger the issue.

    @pallavi – I believe our team only experienced it once or twice very early on pre-launch (unfortunately we don’t have screenshots from then). Since then, I haven’t seen it myself.

    However, there have been multiple complaints from new users of this issue, but we don’t have any screenshots from them either, so I’m not sure how to reproduce the issue. I also believe I saw a past thread about it here a while ago, but couldn’t find it again now.

    @vapvarun had an error_log file that I sent to the support email for our website, did you check that?

    Any thoughts?

    Is your problem resolved ?

    Latest version of BuddyBoss Media has been launched please update your plugins..hope it will resolve your issues.

    Hi @pallavi – thanks for the notification. I’ve updated the plugin and will let you know if I hear of anyone continuing to have that issue.
