[Request] Moderation Avata and Pictures!

The Buddyboss Media Plugin should have a moderation system
images and avatar, or something would be very useful for moderate communities and etc.

@cristiano having all photos held in moderation is a custom case. For social sites typically all content is posted unless flagged by users. I do not believe this is a feature we will pursue. Sorry.
