Recommended Shortcode plugin to use with Boss Theme

I like the layout that you guys are using on the demo homepage for the Boss theme http://demo.buddyboss.com/boss/

Which shortcode plugin are you using for that. I did an inspect element and saw that you are using Black Studios TinyMCE widget so that tells me you are doing some widget area stuff there too. That is a nice looking layout and I was wondering which tools were used to put that together – seems like a good fit with the theme.
