Read Only Profile Field

I want to restrict users from changing some specific Profile Fields once they are registered. 1. Is that possible and if so, 2. how can I accomplish that?

This will go as custom development, albeit a very small one, but i am afraid, this is beyond the scope of our support.

You can easily use your developer or 3rd party service to do them
For small customization you can also use https://codeable.io/
