    It appears that users are not able to change their profile picture either by adding a photo or having a photo taken. The error message that appears is “there was a problem croping your profile photo” see screen cap below

    Any ideas why this is happening?

    Hi @nvwa, Please make sure you have GD library installed at your server

    The php GD2 library is necessary on your server to handle images.

    It’s not theme issue.
