Photo Won't Upload When Creating Project

Hi, when I go to add a photo to the “Add Project” section sometimes it works with smaller sized photos and other times it doesn’t work at all when I upload larger photos. How do I fix this? How do I up the limit of the files that can be uploaded?

Still waiting for a response to this questions 🙂 I upped by file size and post size limit to 64mb but for some reason I am only able to upload photos smaller than 2mb to the project content and cover page. Anything over 2mb is not uploading. How can I fix this to allow any size file to be uploaded?

Sorry for inconvenience, we have checked at your site and seems for large file it’s getting timeout.
Your upload limit it 64MB but seems need to increase the timeout parameters in parallel to 300.

We have notified developers to check at your site with your login details.

Thanks for having your developers look into it. How do I increase the timeout parameters in parallel to 300? These are my current settings attached. Is this where I change the parallel to 300 or is it in a different spot?
