    Hi @valeriva Please let me know which version you are using , with current version we are able to upload images without any issues.
    Are you getting any error message ?
    Regards

    @valeriva

    Hi @vapvarun,
    I’m using the latest version of the plugin, and everything worked fine since the previous one.
    I don’t get any error message, if I go in my media gallery (backoffice) I find every image, but I’m not able to share them via buddypress wall.
    If you want I can send to you a demo access to my website which is under maintenance.

    With the last version I’ve noticed a new “DOCS” tab, but I can’t find any documentation for it.
    Thank you!

    Hi @vapvarun

    I have an similar issue. I can upload photos but they only will appear on the site-wide-activity page. I can create albums and upload photos but they won’t appear in the album, just on the site-wide-activity page too.

    Made screenshots. Use your plugin media version 3.0.8

    Best Regards,
    Thorsten

    And if I delete an album, the photos won’t deleteted. And the global photo page won’t work.

    @vapvarun

    Hi @thorsten and @valeriva,
    We are not able to replicate the issue, I have also tested on development site i was able to upload images in activity and album both and upload was also visible.
    Please provide your active plugin list , or try to disable all your plugin except BuddyBoss Media and BuddyPress to isolate the plugin conflict.

    When we delete the album , it should delete the images inside it, I have pass it to developers.

    Hi @vapvarun,

    thank you for your hint. I found the issue. Indeed it’s a plugin conclict with the developer of “What’s Hot Activity Tab for BuddyPress”, see https://wordpress.org/plugins/bp-whats-hot/ I wrote a message to the developer.

    But have still one more issue. My global photo page works now but not the global albums page. Still get the info page not found. So I created an “albums” page in order of the global page. The page is found now but without any content.

    Can you check this please?

    Best to you,
    Thorsten

    @vapvarun

    Hi @thorsten, no need to create album page
    it will have /albums path after global photo url

    just same permalinks again it will start displaying and trash the album page which you have created manually.
    Regards

    Hi @vapvarun

    Now I found the issue. The global photo page does not have the order of a parental page. Now I’ve got the “albums” page.

    Very tricky, isn’t it?
