Mobile drawer not opening

Very strange. I disabled all plugins as well, but when I attempt to click on the hamburger menu, I don’t receive a response from this site: rememberingyourememberingus.org. I click and it doesn’t open at all. Is there something else I haven’t set up yet? Thank you so much for your help!

Hi @goldnuggets24, I have checked your site.. seems you have customized your header section..

Have you disable buddypanel completely or only for logged in users.

Have you enabled titlebar menu in left side menu for mobile devices.

I had previously disabled all CSS (where I made my changes to the menu look/feel) and it was still giving me issues…

Hi @goldnuggets24,

Go to Buddyboss > Boss theme > Layout . Now go to ‘Mobile options’ , in ‘panel links’ you can select if you want to show titlebar in left mobile panel in mobile view.

Thanks again for your help. I turned this option on, disabled all plugins, and it’s still not responding on mobile. Not sure what I’m doing wrong here… but am about to give up and just use a 3rd party plug for the mobile menu.. .which sucks, as your product is waaay better. I’m down for any more suggestions if you have any further thoughts. This is really weird! : (

Okay, Can I have your site credentials please because there’s no such plugin which conflict with hamburger and the division appears there with opacity 0.
