    I have manually changed the user type for a number of users to test.
    No users are showing in directory under the additional user type I created and amended users to?

    Hi @costyclan, You can change member type from extended profile section and it should display at member directory page.

    Please try once again and if it still do not reflecting the edits please send your login details from our contact us page, we will cross check them
