    Hi there,

    I installed the Member Types plug-in from BuddyBoss and it seems to working well. On the ‘Members’ page, it is identifying all of the member types so you can choose. However, the “All Members” tab is not counting correctly. If you check out the attached screenshot – it should be showing at least 4 in “All Members.” (To include all member types).

    My assumption is that “All Members” should be counting ALL the members on the website (including all member types). When I click on ‘All Members’ – it does show all of the members… It’s just the count that is not working properly (it only shows ‘1’ for the count).

    Can you look into this?

    Hi @okwahonet, make sure all the members are active and logged in once
    In our plugin it counts on the basis of database query and BuddyPress count and display them on the basis of active members
