Make WordPress standard gallery responsive in Boss / Social Learner?

I am using the standard WordPress gallery on some of the lesson/topic pages

Unfortunately, Boss / Social Learner is not setup to make the gallery responsive:

I have identified the relevant CSS to be:

#gallery-2 .gallery-item {
    width: 25%; /* change according to screen size 50% (tablet) / 100% (mobile) */
}

I would like to make the necessary CSS changes to make the gallery class (gallery galleryid-416 gallery-columns-4 gallery-size-thumbnail) responsive on all WordPress pages in Boss / Social Learner.

Could you help me do this?
