Is there a way to restrict the creation of groups to admins or vendors?

Hi,

the groups are a really good-looking and powerful approach to forums.

What stikes me though is that anyone can create groups.

Ist there a way to restrict that?

You can restrict from BuddyPress settings
Inside BuddyPress options, you have options for it
Group Creation Enable group creation for all users
Administrators can always create groups, regardless of this setting.
