How do I add a TypeKit Font?

I saw just one other topic on TypeKit, which is closed, but focused on removing all other fonts. I need to add Proxima Nova, which we have purchased from Adobe. I want to use Proxima Nova as the font family for everything. In researching this, I see there are a number of methods. I am wondering what is the recommended method for this package, child theme and all? We are using the Social Learner Learndash package.

I am going to answer my own question to help others in here:

1. Get the embed code from TypeKit.com. Looks like this, but use your own:

<script src="https://use.typekit.net/lol3gop.js"></script>
<script>try{Typekit.load({ async: true });}catch(e){}</script>

2. Get this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/typekit-fonts-for-wordpress/ and paste your embed code in the appropriate area in that plugin.

3. Make sure that your site and any subdomains are given permission on TypeKit.com. (This is where I went wrong: my staging subdomain did not have explicit permissions.)

4. Add CSS in the custom code area in buddyboss.
