Global Search Results and Tab number

Global Search Results tab number shows “Events 38” (this is The Events Calendar plugin)
but when i click on the Tab it shows no results. If i login to Admin Dashboard and go to my Events and search for the SAME word “giving” i get 38 results show up.. So i THOUGHT that maybe because they are PAST events it did not show them on the front end search results. BUT the same problem is for Resources (read below)
How can I fix the Global Search to only search for Current Events.

Similar Problem for “Resources Tab”… using the same search word “giving” the TAB shows “Resources 11” (this is BuddyPress Docs plugin)
BUT when you click on the Tab it only show s 1 result. So once again if i login to the Admin area and go to BuddyPress Docs and search for “giving” I get 11 results.

Why are the results not showing in front end search? The number located in the TAB is correct but no results show.

Global Search do not have a dedicated support of the Event Manager plugin
It have a general approach for post-type and it could all published post types

We will keep it our suggestion list to incorporate it with current events
