File not suportet

no matter what I want to upload. the plugin is not working. I have tried many things. it is always file not suportet! no matter what kind of a small file (picture) I would like to publish.

Thanks. The very importent Point is OptimizePress. Here the discription:

Optimizepress installed. everything works. but the option with the background picture is not working. Here is the description:

Then on all sides. Then the page: News Home – Draft
Open this page with the live editor
Then Left on Colour Scheme Settings
Then on Page Colour Settings
Then on coveralls Page Colour Options
Then Select Picture (that does not work)

Left in Admin menu to the point: Wappress – Settings
then at the bottom of the link: CLICK HERE TO COMPILE IT DIRECTLY ON OUR SERVER.

Then enter:
