Edit Post Photo Update Dialogue

Where can I add the instruction on the photo upload box to wait for the image to appear before clicking update post?
i’e’ Which file has the ‘Drop files anywhere to upload’ text to edit? or the ‘Post Update’ text?
If the image thumbnail hasn’t appeared – and this can take a while with large files – and the poster gets impatient they will end up clicking the post update button and post only text
