Do I need this additional plugin…

I was wondering do I need to purchase this additional plugin or is this something that is already integrated with the marketplace plugin and Onesocial.

This is the plugin I’m asking do I need to purchase for woocommerce to blend with buddypress.

this plugin is not needed to run the Marketplace. most of it is already integrated in the theme.

@nthompson, WooCommerce BuddyPress Integration is not required to run your site with marketplace as our theme is Buddypress & Woocommerce compatible.

the plugin we’re describing in the original post, the “WooCommerce BuddyPress Integration WordPress Plugin”, is an integration that create a link between your WooCommerce and the member profile inside your Buddypress installation. it does not add any feature to WooCommerce.

the reason you do not need it with the Marketplace or anyother integrated solution is that the plugin is used as an alternate solution. it answers small needs for people that does not have an integrated solution as the BuddyBoss Marketplace.

i’ve faced this request a lot with other clients that want a complete solution for their site, with the most features possible… but these plugins released on WooCommerce official site are all small solutions that are not integrated to any tool… if you read the entire description, you would also need more plugins to acheive the exact same thing as the BuddyBoss Marketplace do right now… because the Marketplace here is to expand when other solutions are tested into it… like the official WooCommerce Vendors plugin, which do most of what the WC-Vendors-pro is doing, but from a different coder.
