Demo Content Not With Theme? Cant find it?

I cant figure out what file, where to save, or anything for that fact that has to do with the demo content for this theme. Any help would be appreciated.

Please activate following plugin before import

BuddyPress by The BuddyPress Community – 2.4.3

WC Vendors by WC Vendors – 1.8.6
WC Vendors Pro by WC Vendors – 1.2.0 ( optional )
WooCommerce by WooThemes – 2.5.2

To import the demo content xml file, Go to admin panel Select Tools > Import > Select the last option WordPress >

If you are using it first time so it will ask you to install ‘WordPress Importer’ just click on ‘Install’ button..after the click on Activate Plugin & Run Importer

If you have installed the importer then Choose a file and upload file and import.
