Demo Content?

Hi Buddyboss team –

Really love the Sensei integration and some of the design touches – really inspiring to see how far and fast BB has evolved over the past 6 months or so in the aesthetics department – this not only looks great, but with the BP integration, really should be the top choice for folks looking to go the LMS route with WP.

My question is two fold –

1 – is there any demo content/xml file that will speed up the process of emulating the demo? I’m pretty sure you guys introduced this feature with Boss, and as someone who has developed tons of community style sites with tons of themes/frameworks/templates/etc – it’s a huge timesaver for buyers – and doesn’t require an abundance of energy trying to “design” the site like the demo – which invariably saps time, enthusiasm and resources from content/course creation and other important pre-launch tasks as well.

2 – Is there anyone on the Buddyboss team that would be interested in doing ongoing support or site set up/trouble shooting/etc – on a new community being developed using Sensei/Social Learner this month? If so, I’d be happy to discuss, or take recomendations for other BB experts/support staff you recommend for your products as well 🙂

Really looks great, very impressed and looking forward to adding another buddyboss product to the arsenal!

Hey @frontiers @goodkarma , I am attaching demo data, it will not create corresponding buddypress group those need to be created manually later. If you just need layout design which is created by visual composer, use Templatera xml file within the WPBakery Visual Composer plugin import

Hello, I just purchased the entire package learndash, buddyboss+social learner and after playing with it for a couple of days, but i feel a little frustrated because my site seems far from looking like the social learner demo. I know how to move around wordpress but when it comes to coding and backend stuff i am completely lost.

I noticed the two files for learndash shared on this thread, and it looks like it’s just what i was looking for in order to have my site up and running at once and not in constant progress. I downloaded both files and took note of all of the plugins needed but before installing I would like to know if after uploading and installing those files are they going to affect any of the posts I already have in my blog?
My plan is to take all of the information i have previously published in posts, since i’ve had this blog for a couple of years now, and transform them into courses and lessons, so I wouldn’t like to lose all that information, at least not yet.

Hello @dayaniux, no need to import demo content if you have a existing site, just activate all the plugins.
