Customizzer frezzing

Just installed a clean install for a client on a dev space and it will not let me access the customizer to set my menus any idea

Please make sure you have php 5.6+ as per WordPress requirement

https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/

We are using redux framework for custimizer and Boss thene options and it works best at php5.6+

For time being you can set menus from Appearence >> Menus
