Change "Blog" to "Posts" in menu/slug

I want to change the name of the profile menu items and the slugs from “Blog” to “Posts.”

What function can I hook into in order to do that?

I think ‘Post’ is more appropriate than ‘Blog’
Blog is a site related term where Posts relates to articles and as this appears in a personal navigation position the word ‘Blog’ is incorrect
