    Hi,

    We have a website and on the live version the whole BuddyPress cover photo area is missing.

    It works fine on my local copy and there are no differences between the two.

    Is there anything obvious I should be looking at to resolve this issue?

    What information is required to post here – WP, BP versions?

    Apologies for my delay 🙂

    Boss. 1.1.8
    BuddyPress 2.4.2

    Boss says there’s an update available. We created a Boss child theme. Should we be looking to upgrade Boss?

    Oddly enough, I’m using the same versions of both locally and the header is still in place.

    Hi @poweredbycoffee, Please update your theme to Boss current version. If you have made any changes in the theme then create a backup of your theme and update it.
