    We apologize for the delayed response, we are aware of the poor support performance over the last few weeks and are working hard on getting this back to normal. Meanwhile, I’m here to help, while we work on solving this. 

    Social Marketplace support all latest browsers including chrome, firefox, safari, IE10+. Could you please specify that browser and issues your facing?

    Following is the list of browsers with their versions:
    Safari: 9+
    Chrome: 45+
    Firefox: 43+
    Edge: 13+
    Opera: 35+
    iOS Safari: 8.4+
    Android Browser: 4.3+
    IE: 10+

    Just found out that latest Safari v5.1.7 for Windows does not compatible with the theme. You may check it at your side.
