boddyboss man avatar not working

Hi, the boddyboss man avatar is showing a broken image. I have tried a lot of local avatar plugin and it shows the same broken image. How can I solve this?

hi, sorry for the late reply since I have problem to log in with my email address. Finally I found I can log in with my user name.This is strange. So I am here again.
my site is laowais.com. It happens with a clean install, no plugin added. But finally I found two solutions during these days, one is some code I found with google to replace the default avatar. the other is the buddypress first letter avatar worked for me. Now I use this plugin.
