(BBPress mobile version) links missing

Hi, I noticed that in my BBPress board, the “subscribe/favorite” links are gone in the mobile version. Can you tell me how to enable them? They’re really important to my users

Hi there!

I had a look at your site, and I could see the “subscribe/favorite” links in the mobile version. BuddyPress pages redirect to 404 also seems working as expected after installing missing BuddyPress pages.

Hi Paresh, can you double check the pages for me again… my user account came up empty like this (see image)

And… I still can’t see the favorites/subscription options.. in fact, they’ve disappeared from my desktop version as well.

Sorry to bother you again, but I don’t see how they can work.

Also: how can I change the profile photos of my users?

Looking at your site, I can see the favorites/subscription button on each forum; http://members.bringyourenglishtolife.com/forums/forum/news-announcements/

and it seems to be working properly in mobile version too.

Members can change their profile picture by going to: http://members.bringyourenglishtolife.com/members/username/profile/change-avatar/

User account came after deactivating MembersPress plugin; I’d recommend that you get in touch with the plugin author about this.

Hi, can you please show me a screenshot of the mobile version of the forum in which you have seen the subscribe/favorite button? Maybe I’m just missing something, but here’s what I see on my end. As you can see: in the desktop version, there’s a light blue section where the subscribe/favorite options are. it’s totally not there in the mobile version.

I just don’t know how the staff member is able to see links that I cannot see.. but he kept telling me that he could see it. I’ve tried to find the links using multiple devices. Still nothing XD

Yes, I am using a cache system, which I’ve just disabled. Let me try that.

Nope… turning off the cache plugin doesn’t help… *sigh* thanks for helping though!

Have you tried uploading your theme via FTP rather than via the install method found in your admin area?
