After updating to BP v2.5.x, private messaging is no more possible

Find another issue in private messaging:

1. If you want to compose a new message and search for a recipient with some letter you enter, after clicking on a name you found, the name is set with a space in front of the name and the message cannot be sent, see attached screen.

2. Private messaging only works, if you visited a profile and click on private message, see the second attached screenshot.

Please check this. Unfortunately your theme is not v2.5.0 ready!

Hi,

you’re right. Tested a fresh BP v2.5.1 without any plugins activated and the issue still exists. Wrote a post to the BP team, see https://buddypress.org/support/topic/compose-private-message-issues-in-bp-v2-5-02-5-1/ but unfortunately the moderator says there is no issue. Made a screenvideo for him and posted too.

Hope to get an answer soon now.
