you know “imath” who is debugging Buddypress and expand it with his work… he created a tool called Rendez-Vous, https://wordpress.org/plugins/rendez-vous/ … with his “member types extended” it ads a level of feature to his tool by being able to select groups of members to join the rendez-vous…

the Members Types are not yet used in Buddypress, too new and there is already too much replacements that are from the past… coders will begin using the implemented system quickly i suppose, but summer is still far away.

anyway, i had to code some snippet to make the original plugin to show in the member profile… as you see in the screen shot added here…

it can be added to both your themes, so if you want these, just tell… 🙂

i would even tell that you can add this plugin to the suggested ones, as it add a new level of identification on the community wihout having the need to implement a big membership system…
