Show Side Menu To Logged Out Users

Hi,

Can you guys help me with the menu settings?

On the Boss theme I am unable to show the side menu to the logged out users / visitors.

Right now only the logged in users can see the side menu. On the boss theme demo page the side menu is visible to all logged out users.

@hrehm331 I think you are talking about the WP toolbar menu? Do you have WooCommerce installed?

hi, I am not using woocommerce with the Boss theme.

@hrehm331 this is an option is Dashboard>Appearance>Customize>Desktop Options> Logged Out Users > Show BuddyPanel

Something must be wrong. My settings are and always have been as you have suggested yet the buddypanel menu does not show to the logged out users.

Please see the pic and advize.

@hrehm331 please check the page template you are using for this page.

I am using default template. I have changed to front page template or full width content template or no buddypanel template and the result is always the same…….missing buddypanel menu for logged-out users.

One strange thing I did notice about the Boss theme is that when under Appearance>Customize the preview does not exist. A fresh install of the Boss theme on a test site does generate a preview.

It seems as if there is something corrupt within the Boss theme.
