I’m still having some issues with the No BuddyPanel template, some being introduced with new theme updates, some from past builds, and some I’ve had back when I was using BuddyBoss theme. I can confirm these with no caching happening, even after purging the cache, and with no custom.css.

    1. Notifications Icon text is white on a white background (Hovering over notifications icon)
    2. Profile Menu text is white on a white background (Hovering over notifications icon)
    3. Title Bar menu items hover color is white (on a white background) so they disappear.
(Customizer settings just don’t seem to apply to some items)
    3. My logo is the suggested size, yet when I scroll down there’s a section from the bottom of the logo to the bottom of the search bar that does not have the titlebar background color (white) but rather is clear so that section from the right of the logo shows the website through it instead of being white.
    4. Profile page and forums page still use the buddyboss template even though the page is set to use the No BuddyPanel template. I don’t know if this is an issue with buddypress pages or what, but these 2 in particular aren’t using the No BuddyPanel template that’s assigned to them.
    5. Footer text isn’t what’s being set in the customizer.
    6. Login page is light gray with white text, can’t really see anything. I don’t know how to change this in the customizer?
    7. Logo has never showed on login page (Since the BuddyBoss days). I’ve reuploaded, etc, tried several things.
    8. Favicon has never showed (Since the BuddyBoss days). I’ve reuploaded, etc, tried several things.

Any help would be appreciated, especially with the fixes for the No BuddyPanel template as these issues have been the major hold up on my site.

    Thanks!

@ionprojekt I have sent this entire list to the devs to make sure nothing has been missed.

1,2,3. This can all be changed via Appearance > Customize > Titlebar (No BuddyPanel).

Fixed some related issues for next update.

    3. (My logo …). We can’t reproduce this. Can you attach your logo so we can test with it?

    4. BuddyPress pages are always fed through buddypress.php, and bbPress pages are always fed through bbpress.php. For the moment there is not an option to assign that template to a BuddyPress page.

    5. Fixed for next release.

    6. Login page background color is shared with BuddyPanel bg color, so you may want to adjust Buddypanel bg color.

    7. This is something particular to your site, not sure why. Not a normal issue related to the theme. I suggest posting this as its own topic so it gets more attention.

    8. Same as 7…

1, 2, 3, and 5 I can confirm fixed with the 1.1.3 release. Thanks, those were some of the major issues I’ve been running into for a bit.

    6. I didn’t know the login page used the BuddyPanel logic. I’ve modified it there and this is now “fixed” as well.

So the remaining items are below. (I can put these in different topics if you’d still prefer)

    3. (My Logo …). I’ll PM you the logo file I’m using. If you can’t reproduce it on the home page, you may want to go to the “Activity” or “Groups” page.

    4. Is there any plans to create an option for this? It would definitely be nice to use a consistent “No BuddyPanel” template across all pages of my site. I’d prefer for my users to not have the no buddypanel template on some pages but then the buddypanel template on their profile and in the forums. Especially since I had to modify the buddypanel color scheme for the login page, so the buddypanel looks particularly odd now.

When I go to the profile or forum pages, it automatically defaults to the BuddyPanel template. Is there any way to make it default to the No BuddyPanel template? Maybe you would need to create a Boss – BuddyPanel and Boss – No BuddyPanel themes for people to choose from. I don’t know, just throwing stuff out there 🙂

7 & 8. I’ll keep messing around with this for a bit longer, and if I don’t have any luck I’ll create separate topics for these.

    Thanks,
    Cody
