    @darkstorm I see you have another photo plugin installed…BuddyPics. This is the most likely conflict, you may have another plugin bp albums? Instead of just trying to disable them remove them completely.

    @darkstorm there is nothing in the theme that would prevent non-admin users from posting images. Perhaps there is a server setting preventing you from adding photos to the image folder. Perhaps it is an image folder permissions. Please contact your hosting provider to see if they have any server logs that may direct you to the issue. Also check your server folder wp-content/uploads chmod is 777

    Phillip S.:Thank you for your patience in this matter. I do apologize for any issue experienced with this posting. This does appear to be an issue with the plugin which is unfortunately beyond the scope of support that HostGator is able to provide. I have investigated this issue to see if I could resolve it but was unable to. As these type of issues are beyond the scope of support that HostGator is able to provide you would need to contact the developers regarding this issue. This may be the result of incorrect PHP settings that need to be changed, however you would need to contact the developers to learn any custom settings needed and then you could let us know and we would be able to make those settings for you.

    Some help here would be nice…………..

    @darkstorm here are the minimum server requirements:

    BuddyBoss should work on the vast majority of server setups. If you run into server issues, contact your web host to make sure your server has the following standard technologies installed.

    PHP 5.2.4+
    php5-gd
    php5-mbstring
    php5-mysql
    php5-exif
    MySQL 5.0+
    The mod_rewrite Apache module

    @darkstorm also, any idea how they came to that conclusion, do they have any server logs that point to the theme as the issue?

    @darkstorm @brincy now that we have 2 reports of this I need some additional information on your setup. Can you tell me what kind of WordPress setup you have. Is it multisite? What host are you using. Also what is your site URL?

    @brincy

    Yes I’ve tested his website and I think is the same problem, everything is working for admins, it doesnt work only for subscribers.
    Its a standard wordpress install (network disable) on ubuntu dedicated server (plesk).
    The error for non admin is: “There was a problem posting your update, please try again.”.

    I confirm that everything on the list is installed on my server

    @brincy do you have any server log errors that correspond with the issue?

    @brincy

    I’ve sent everything via private message, you can install all the plugins you prefer, its only a test site. Thank you
