A carefully designed PDF showcases the Rebranding works DFY team completes for the customer. Customers get 2 free revisions
Setup & ImplementationOur team of implementors will configure your perfect platform to match your preferences and
deliver you a staging site to test within few days.
DFY allows the customer to choose the website to be “Community Only” “Memberships with Community” “Courses with Community” or “Courses with Memberships & Community”.

DFY will configure OneSignal Push Notification if the customer already has an account and can provide API key
DFY will configure Live Messaging using Pusher if the customer can provide needed credentials
After all setup work is done, the approved rebranding is imported.
The DFY team shares the URL and credentials of the sandbox website customized according to the customer’s preference. Customers can then request for up to two free revisions.
Marketing SiteOur team will design and create beautiful marketing pages for you and place them on your navigation menus to ensure highest visibility.
Customers can select from our diverse collection of professionally designed templates, giving their site a spectacular look.
Placement of the newly created pages within the navigation menu is configured based on the customer’s preferences in the questionnaire. They can be added in the header, footer, or the side panel.

Preparing For LaunchOur implementors will migrate your new platform into your provided host, so all you need to do is add

DFY helps you set up a new domain or transfer your existing domain settings to Cloudflare, and configure it to point to your DFY website.
DFY helps customers to transfer the DFY website to their host under a staging URL, after sharing the appropriate access.
The DFY team assists in configuring the website settings to work with your transactional email provider. Customers can either choose one from the list of providers or share access to their SMTP service if they already have.

Done For You Web is a hands-on service where our expert team helps you set up a world-class e-learning, online community, or membership platform using WordPress. It’s designed to give you a strong online presence without the hard work of setting things up on your own, so you can focus on growing your business.
Once you choose your package, we’ll send over some easy-to-fill-out questionnaires. These help us understand your vision. As we work on your site, you’ll get chances to see our progress and tell us if we’re on the right track.
We kick off with a Rebranding segment, where you provide input on your branding vision. Next, the Setup and Implementation questionnaire pinpoints your community needs and configuration preferences. If you opt for the Elite package, you’ll also have a marketing site questionnaire, followed by the Preparing for Launch section which covers domain and hosting logistics.
With some teamwork, we can easily have your website ready in about 3-4 weeks. The more you stay involved and give us feedback, the faster we can work.
While we don’t use external designs, our talented designers craft your site based on your guidance. If there are other websites you like or specific design guidelines you want us to follow, just let us know.

Yes! During our work, you get two rounds of revisions included at each stage to suggest changes. If you feel you need more tweaks, you can purchase additional rounds of revisions. After the final handover, our team is still available for help, but there might be an extra cost.
No problem! If you want help adding more to your site after we’re done, our Agency Team can help. You’ll also have the freedom to add or remove your own content anytime you want.
The BuddyBoss Theme is a required part of the Done For You Web service, but you’ll need to buy it separately or already have an active license yourself.
You do! Once we finish and hand over the website, it’s yours to manage and grow.
For the best results, we start with a brand-new WordPress setup. This ensures your site runs smoothly and looks its best.
We use a mix of free and premium plugins to create your ideal platform for you. If a plugin is paid, it’s covered for the first year. After that, you’ll need to purchase your own license to continue getting support and updates.
Currently our Done For You Team only works with websites in the English language. We hope to add more supported languages in future. But after your project is live it’s actually quite straightforward to translate BuddyBoss and hundreds of world languages are supported by using a plugin like WPML.
We don’t offer hosting directly, but we can guide you to some trusted hosting providers. If you already have one, that’s great too.
After your website is live, we stick around to help with any issues with your setup or your premium plugins for a whole year. For free plugins you might need to seek support from the original developer if our team can’t quite help you out. We don’t support restoring your site from a backup or helping you with content migration issues in case you add or change anything after your project is live but need to roll back so we highly encourage you to keep regular backups yourself.
