Map community caps to built in WordPress caps.

Parameters

$caps

(Required) See WP_User::has_cap().

$cap

(Required) See WP_User::has_cap().

$user_id

(Required) See WP_User::has_cap().

Return

(array) Actual capabilities for meta capability. See WP_User::has_cap().
