Video Player for wordpress

Hello,
Could you guys recommend a good free/paid wordpress plugin for video playback and playlists.

It should meet the following criterias:

1.) Should be secure, apparently there is some hack by which hackers could access website contents if you simply use the youtube embed code.
2.) Should provide analytics
3.) Player should be customisable/brandable, one should be able to remove/replace the youtube logo
4.) Should be responsive
5.) Should be support as wide a platform possible, fallback to flv and stuff
6.) Can create playlists

I guess thats all to it of what all I can remember right now.

Hi Maria,

Thanks for the recommendation, however they have not updated
the plugin since the last 2 years and a lot has changed in these
2 years particularly in the video scene… html5 got more accepted
as a standard and stuff…

The videos playing are flv files and I wonder if it supports mp4
file extensions. While dealing with video one needs to be careful
about what file types the player supports since that might affect
compatibility across the various platforms and browsers out there.

I checked their site and it says that they do have HTML5 fallback
also they do have a iPad/iPod demo even…

However it seems that they just rely on the device’s default app
to handle the video file if their player cannot handle it. That
might be fine however I kind of feel uncomfortable about it.

I mean in these 2 years recently support for video playback
inherently within wordpress has been added and it does a good job
and hence its more challenging for video player plugins to compete
& raise and offer more options that the default video player of
wordpress.

That is why I listed all my criteria in the original post so that
we know what I need over the default WP video player.

I will have to pass on this, since the default WP player got it
covered with whatever “All Video Gallery” can do. However you might
have something else that I might be missing here and for that maybe
“All Video Gallery” might be apt I hope. So I don’t want to make any
assumptions here.

However I am grateful for your suggestion and thank you for it.

What I found is that you could hide the youtube logo using what
we have here… just sharing with you guys.
That kinda satisfies one of my criteria but am hunting for something
better and one that meets more of my criterias.

So I guess the hunt is still on, anybody with any suggestion please
share… Thanks in advance…

Hi Rishab, you can try this YouTube . Using this plugin you can removing branding also and it have lots of new features.
