Sub Menus in the footer menu do not display

I may be missing something, but when I add a submenu to an item in the footer menu, it does not display.

Can this be fixed please?

I hope you’re doing well. Firstly, I’d like to apologize for the delay in response. Thank you for your patience all this while..

We have set footer menu depth 1, so it will not show the submenu items. But you can update depth 'depth' => 1 it in your child theme, just add footer.php from parent theme and find for wp_nav_menu line 59
