RTMedia Activity URL Preview not working in mobile

I am using the RTMedia Activity URL Preview which works great. I noticed it wasn’t working on mobile devices. I deactivated all of the plugins and still the same issue. I was about to send in a support ticket to rtcamp when I decided to changed the theme to the 2015 theme. When I did this, it started working on the mobile device. So, there is something in buddy boss that is not allowing it to work when it goes into mobile mode. Any ideas?
