    I had no problem installing or configuring your Reply-by-Email plugin, but when I try to use it from our Microsoft 365 email account, via a browser, I get a, “Reply message failed”. But, when I use a personal account on my computer, it works just fine.

    Can you offer any advice about where the problem is in this scenario?




    Hi @cvandonk, Sorry for inconvenience
    I have notified developer to add support of Microsoft 365 email account, via a browser, a minnor syntax different can fail api call. Might be Microsoft 365 email account, via a browser is adding few additional data with email syntax.
    We have tried to cover most of in our next update.

    Hi there,

    I am encountering the same problem, only this is happening in Outlook. I have all of my email accounts in Outlook and the Reply-by-Email is sending me a message that it failed.

    We have fixed support of the outlook application and web version both.
    We have tested on outlook 2016 mac and windows version.

    I checked the RBE plug-in on my site and I have version 1.0.1, which seems to be the latest version on the BuddyBoss website. Will you be releasing a plug-in update soon?

    Hi @okwahonet, Please let me know the step your are doing .. I will follow the same to replicate it.
    Outlook issue is fixed inside 1.0.1.

    @okwahonet We have tested thoroughly with Outlook accounts, and added fixes for it. It should be working in the latest release, 1.0.2
